M2M Announces Release of iPM™ Asset Maintenance Scheduler Module

M2M Data Corp today announced release of a new application for its iSCADA™ service product. The module includes built-in maintenance and template editor to build and customize maintenance schedules for any type of asset. iSCADA is a full-featured application for remote monitoring and control of energy assets, supported by a robust and secure administration framework. iSCADA includes real-time data collection, alarming, trending, and control.

iPM calculates and tracks the next maintenance date for multiple maintenances for each asset based on run status for both monitored and non-monitored assets. It keeps a log of each maintenance performed and downtime. iPM generates a maintenance status log report showing number of days (plus or minus) differential between scheduled maintenance date and actual maintenance date. It also generates a projected maintenance report that shows the estimated date of all maintenances that will occur within a projected time period.
